HOW MAKERS TRIED TO CONVERT A FIERCE RANI INTO A ROMANTIC RANI

When #ManishaRani entered the #BBOTT2, the makers wanted her to be the Rakhi Sawant of the season but since Day 1 she started showing leadership skills. For the 1st two weeks, she was taking much more stands than even #AbhishekMalhan. In the first week, she fought with Avinash when he challenged the whole house for the towel, She called Akansha fake, she nominated without sugarcoating her words and she took a stand for Abhishek.

During the 1st week by Wednesday Jad called Manisha fake & irritating, Manisha reduced her flirting a lot but she cared about Jad thinking he was an outsider & he didn’t understand her language & he was facing problems with food, etc.

On 1st WKV, #SalmanKhan encouraged #ManishaRani to continue flirting with Jad by saying to Jad “Country is liking the chemistry of you two (Jad & Manisha)”.

In the 3rd Week, Manisha outshined everyone. She shined in the nomination task when everyone put a “reject” stamp on her, she shined with Abdu, she was the one who took a stand for Jad in the ranking task. On 3rd WKV #SalmanKhan praised Manisha when housemates put her in the “Fence-sitter” place, Salman told her that she is a “Standup Man” not a Fence-sitter as she takes a stand fiercely.

Although Manisha was praised, her scenes used to get cut the most. While we used to see the #Abhisha bond in the live feed, you will not find even a single cute #Abhisha moment till episode 22 of the season. In Ep.22 they showed the line when Manisha said “Mere liye Abhishek no1 hai baki sab ek hai”. Other than that in any episode, there was no masti shown of #Abhisha, and no care of Manisha for Abhishek was shown.

By 4th Week it became very clear that #Abhishek & #Manisha were now favorites to win the show and the entire house along with the makers went against Manisha because the makers wanted Abhishek, Pooja, Bebika & Jiya to be in the #Top5 at any cost. They also knew that Elvish was coming so he would surely be in the top 5 and now they had to cut #Manisha anyhow.

The best way to stop Manisha from reaching the top 5 was to divert her “Fierce Rani” image into a romantic Rani image. Manisha fought with Bebika when her character assassinated her by saying “Sab Mardon pe Haath Marti hai”. Any decent girl will boil listening to this for herself. So the audience loved Manisha for taking a stand for herself and this was the time when #Abhishek was also loved the most when he lifted Manisha and took her outside. She was also the captain that week and shining bright in the show.

In a way, Manisha was ruling the show but then on WKV Krushna came and demotivated Manisha by saying she is not entertaining anymore, and even her fights were looking fake. The point to think about is why was this unnecessary targeting? When she was taking a stand for the right things, she was most entertaining with the FAME group as Elvish & Aashika had joined then in that week. All the FAME group masti on the roof net area, masti of #Elvisha in the night used to get cut in the episode, and this unnecessary targeting on the WKV, why?

The answer is simple, makers got puzzled about how to stop Manisha and bring Jiya, Bebika & Pooja in the top 5. So on WKV Krushna asked her to just do flirting and not fighting and taking stands for anything. This was the reason she started flirting with Elvish more. Even Bharti told Manisha that “By end of the season Chumma le lo Elvish ko, Everyone is loving that”, This was sheer misguidance but thankfully Manisha kept her fierce nature and the Heroine task she gave it back to Pooja Bhatt like no other. Not even Abhishek had given back to Pooja as Manisha gave her in the heroine task.

Makers tried to gauge the audience’s pulse in the Heroine task, but 84% of people said Manisha is the queen and the heroine of the house and Jiya got only 13%. So Manisha’s targeting continued on 5th, 6th & 7th WKV when there were enough issues that Manisha had faced which could have been the main issue of the WKV like Bebika pushing Manisha multiple times, Bebika & Jiya raising questions on Manisha’s character in the Devil Task, Pooja Bhatt lying to Abhishek & Elvish that Manisha told in the Heroine task that “Main group chalati hu, main sabko manipulate karti hu” which was a complete lie, the issues when Bebika, Jiya & Falaq had raised issues on Manisha about women hygiene etc. But makers ignored all the issues and decided to target Manisha each time.

Finally, Makers planned Jiya’s direct entry in the finale by planting TTF task and stopping the task when Avinash gave his pebbles to Jiya but luck favored Manisha & task got tied.

Again, the Makers planned a TTF task in which they thought they would stop the task when Pooja will win, and if Pooja goes to Finale then they would conduct a timekeeping task making pairs like “Jiya & Bebika”, “Pooja for Abhishek” & “Elvish & Manisha” and in that task makers would have sent Jiya & Bebika into the finale and Elvish, Abhishek & Manisha into the nominations. But Elvish & Manisha outsmarted the makers, they fought vehemently along with Abhishek and Kept saying “Bigg Boss task tab khatm karega jab Pooja Ji ke basket me jyada honge”, with their aggressive play they made the game onesided despite two boys (Jad & Avinash) playing for Pooja, when makers couldn’t do anything then they had to declare Abhishek as the winner.

And this was the last nail in the coffin of all the maker’s plans, they couldn’t favour Jiya anymore as Pooja Bhatt & Bebika were the maker’s first priorities. Finally, Jiya had to come in the nominations with Manisha and she had to face the reality that Manisha is way more popular and loved than Jiya.

And this is how even after all the efforts of the maker to reduce the “Fierce Rani” to “Romantic Rani”, Manisha pushed her way into the top 3 despite all the efforts of the Makers through tasks, planted callers, Krushan & even Salman Khan.
