Solo Vs Shippers: The Battle of Fandoms
The #BBOTT2 is over but the battle of fandoms of solo contestants vs. the pair contestants is still going on. This is happening mainly between the #ManishaRani fans, #AbhishekMalhan fans, and the #Abhisha fans. This is also seen between the fans of #ElvishYadav, #ManishaRani, and #ElvishaFans.
On this issue, we feel that it is not right to create binaries. Human emotions don’t work on binaries. You can like the same person for some of his traits and don’t like some traits of that person. If you think honestly then this you can say about everyone in the world. Even for your father, mother, husband, wife, brother, sister, any friend, any cricketer, or any friend. Then why do we want to always choose only one between two or three? Why can’t we choose more?
In this article, We will focus on #ManishaRani solo fans vs. #Abhisha fans and also #AbhishekMalhan solo vs. #Abhisha fans. We are writing a separate story about the #Elvisha in that we will cover them. We want to address all the fandoms, separately.
To all the Manisha Rani Solo Fans:

I know you guys love Manisha Rani, and so do we, more than any other contestant. But are you sure that no #Abhisha fan loves Manisha Rani? Is it not possible that some fans love Manisha Rani madly but they also like the bond and chemistry between #Abhisha?
We understand you can tell us your reasons to like Manisha again. We know that on many occasions you expected more from Abhishek Malhan. You wanted Abhishek to take a stand for Manisha when she was repeatedly bashed on WKV without any reason. When Krushna called that Manisha Rani’s fight seemed fake then Abhishek should have said “I was there when Bebika called bad things about Manisha’s character, any girl would have reacted the way Manisha reacted”. He should have said, “Manisha has not lost her entertainment, she is not a robot who can be switched on or off her entertainment, she is a human with emotions, when she is upset or sad she can’t start dancing and entertaining people”. All Manisha solo fans could have a lot of complaints like Abhishek should not have chosen Manisha for boot polish punishment instead of Avinsh. Abhishek should not have left Manisha alone on many occasions after Aashika was evicted when Jiya got stuck with him. He should not have allowed Jiya to talk bad about Manisha in front of him. Abhishek tweeted for Jiya but he never tweeted for Manisha when Manisha gets much more hate than Jiya, this might have upset you guys. There will be numerous more examples.
So, we know that you have your reasons. But now let us also remember some good times when Abhishek Malhan helped Manisha Rani or took a stand for her. Do you remember the fight when Bebika called Manisha “Mardo pe fisalti hai”? It was only Abhishek Malhan who took a stand for Manisha. Should we thank Abhishek for this or not? In the angel-devil task, Manisha was pushed so badly, in the entire house that only Abhishek took a stand for Manisha. Should we thank him for this or not? When Salman Khan called Manisha Fake for a joke with Aashika, we agree that Abhishek should have taken a stand then and there and said “This was a joke and it has been discussed with me also” but still at the end of the episode he went to Manisha Rani, kissed her on forehead and said “You are queen, you are not fake”, should we appreciate this gesture or not? If there was anyone in the BB house who made Manisha Rani feel special then it was Abhishek, we can’t deny this. All those compliments like “You make me feel good”, “Tu mujhe weak nahi strong banati hai”, “Tujhse caring ladki maine nahi dekha”, “Tu bahut cute hai” etc. mean a lot for Manisha, especially in the place like BB where entire house including the makers was against her.
No one is perfect, We understand all Manisha fan’s feelings who don’t like Abhisha due to Abhishek’s decisions and actions at some point but if you love Manisha, then how can you not be thankful towards Abhishek for the things he has done for Manisha? And also remember, #Abhisha is not about only Abhishek, it’s about Manisha equally if not more. #Abhisha is not about hyping any person, it’s about respecting a bond that must be respected if both the persons themselves like that bond, and every time anything is shared anywhere about #Abhisha then Manisha gets featured as well.
We also conducted a poll on Twitter, We assume that most of our followers on Twitter like Manisha Rani, and in the poll it clearly came out as well. Out of 1500 votes, 96.5% of people like Manisha Rani but 39% people like Manisha Rani in #Abhisha bond, and 32% people like Abhisha as well as Solo Manisha or Abhishek. There are 25% solo Manisha Rani votes, We want to ask them, would like this 39.1+32.2 = 71.3% people to stop loving Manisha Rani just because they love Abhisha as well? If you are a true fan of Manisha Rani and you seriously love Manisha then you would never want this huge percentage of people to stop loving Manisha if they can’t be Solo Manisha Fans. In cricket, you can love Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli both, Sachin and Dhoni both. In movies, you can like Salman and Shahrukh both. You can also like one and dislike the other but you can like the chemistry between the two. It is all right. Solo Manisha fans can love Manisha Rani alone, but we should also respect fans who like Manisha Rani as well but in a friendship bond with Abhishek. At the end of the day, they also love Manisha.
To all the Abhishek Malhan Solo Fans:
We know you guys love only #AbhishekMalhan. If you really love Abhishek won’t you appreciate anyone who helps him in any way? We understand that there can be a few instances in the #BBOTT2 where you might not have liked Manisha. Maybe you didn’t like Manisha flirting with other contestants, maybe something else you did not like. But can you reject the fact that Manisha Rani took care of Abhishek Malhan like a mother? You might not believe this but Abhishek himself has said this many times, then you have to trust Abhishek that without really feeling this he will never say this publicly. Can this fact be ignored that it was Manisha who took care of Abhishek’s food and emotional well-being in the show? It was Manisha who always even in front of Salman Khan said that Abhishek was the best and he should win the trophy. When Abhishek was based in the second-last weekend ka vaar then it was Manisha who stood by Abhishek like a rock while his fake friends like Jiya mocked him by saying “Hum yaha parathe banane aaye hain, matar chilne aaye hain”. At the end, even Abhishek said to Manisha “You make me feel good”.
Can all this be ignored? You might not like Manisha Rani but at least you can appreciate the care Manisha showed towards Abhishek and the moments she stood for him or praised him in front of others. Also, we asked the same question to you which we asked the solo Manisha Fans, Will you guys want all the fans who love Abhishek in the Abhisha bond? Will you guys want all the fans who love Abhishek also and Abhisha also equally? As a real fan, you can’t ask any fan of Abhishek who loves him in any form.
So, you can love only Abhishek and some other fans can love Abhishek only with Manisha and there can be some fans who love both Abhishek and Manisha alone also and in #Abhisha also. There can also be fans who like both Manisha and Abhishek solo but they don’t want them to be linked romantically. It’s all okay. Every kind of fan can coexist and there is no need to hate anyone.
To all the Abhisha Fans:
The first thing we want to tell you guys is that you don’t need a certificate from any solo fans that you love their idol separately or not. As some Manisha solo or Abhishek Solo Fans or some fans who like Manisha in Elvisha or Tonisha or like some fans who like Abhishek in Abhiya, similarly all the Abhisha fans have the full right to like Abhishek and Manisha only in a bond where they are together and not shipped with anyone else.
At the end of the day all the Abhisha fans find Manisha Rani and Abhishek Malhan both cute therefore they like them together as well. No solo fans need to hate Abhisha fans and no Abhisha fans need to hate solo fans. But at the end of the day, we need to respect the personal life of both Abhishek and Manisha as well. In professional life Manisha has to work with Tony Kakkar or any other actor, similarly, Abhishek has to work with some other female colleagues as well.
So all the fans, just peace out. Spread love and not hate.
Who are we?
We are die-hard #ManishaRani admirers who can go to any extent to make Manisha Rani successful but at the same time, we respect both #Abhisha and #Elvisha bonds because all these three Abhishek Malhan, Manisha Rani, Elvish Yadav and even Aashika Bhatia showed true friendship in the BB house. And at times Elvish Yadav and Abhishek Malhan both supported Manisha Rani. Both have taken a stand for Manisha Rani in front of others like Bebika, Pooja, and others. Both have given emotional support to Manisha at some time. So, as gratitude towards those moments, we respect both Abhisha and Elvisha’s bonds. But if we feel anything wrong is happening with Manisha due to anyone, we will be first to raise our voices.
But, in the end, we will again say that everyone has the right to like one, two, three, or more people together at a time, anyone at a time, or any combination. It’s all fine and we should not be spreading hate.
